Terms of service

These terms set out the basis on which Man and Van Croydon provides man and van and removals services in Croydon and nearby areas. By booking with us you agree to them.

Quotes and prices

Quotes are based on the information you give us about the job, including the items, access at both ends and the distance. If the job turns out to be materially different on the day, we will discuss any change in price with you before going ahead.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a date, a time window and a price. If you need to change or cancel, please let us know as early as you can so we can offer the slot to someone else.

Your responsibilities

Please make sure items are ready to move at the agreed time, tell us in advance about access issues such as floors, lifts and parking, and let us know about any especially heavy, fragile or valuable items so we can plan for them.

Care and liability

We take care with everything we move and handle your belongings responsibly. Where something goes wrong through our fault, we will deal with it fairly. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for items not properly prepared for transport.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed when you book. The price we quote is the price you pay for the job as described, with no hidden charges.
